The short version
Vynecraft (operated by Wandering Castle LLC) helps you plan and write content. You own what you make with it. It is an early beta, so expect rough edges and occasional downtime.
Your content is yours
You keep all rights to the posts, prompts, and text you create here. We store it to provide the service and we do not claim ownership of it or sell it. We may look at aggregate, non-identifying usage to improve the product.
Using it fairly
- One account per person. Invite codes are for the person they were given to.
- Do not use Vynecraft to break the law, to harass anyone, or to produce content that violates the rules of the platforms you post to.
- Do not try to overwhelm, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service. Daily usage limits apply and may change.
- Teardowns read publicly available information about a video. Respect the source platform's terms when you use what you learn.
AI output
The assistant writes suggestions. It can be wrong, and it can produce text similar to what it gives someone else. Check anything before you publish it. You are responsible for what you post.
Beta, price, and ending things
The beta is free right now. If we introduce paid plans we will tell you before you are ever charged. You can stop using Vynecraft and request deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, and we may change or discontinue features.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” during the beta, without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us (which is currently nothing). These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
