Who we are

Vynecraft is a content studio operated by Wandering Castle LLC. Questions or requests: support@vynecraft.com.

What we collect

• Your account: when you sign in with Google we receive your email address, name, and profile image. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not read your Gmail, Drive, or contacts.
• What you create: the posts, prompts, segments, captions, and notes you make in the product.
• Links you submit: public video URLs you paste for a teardown, and the public metadata we fetch about them.
• Waitlist email: if you join the list, we store the address you gave us.
• Basic technical data: a hashed form of your IP address for abuse limits, plus aggregate page analytics and error reports (Vercel Analytics, Sentry). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

Why we collect it

To sign you in, to store and show you your own work, to stop abuse of the free tools, and to keep the service running. That is the whole list. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Where it lives

Your data is stored with Supabase (database and file storage) and served through Vercel. Your content is scoped to your own workspace. Text you send to the assistant is processed by our AI provider (currently Google Gemini) to produce a response.

Deleting your data

Email support@vynecraft.com from your account address with the subject “Delete my account” and we will delete your workspace, your content, and your account within 30 days. You can also ask for a copy of your data at the same address.

Beta

Vynecraft is in early beta. Features change, and we may email you about your account or the product. If this policy changes materially we will update the date above.
