Delete your data

1. Email support@vynecraft.com from the email address you sign in with.
2. Use the subject “Delete my account”.
3. We delete your workspace, your content and your account within 30 days, and reply to confirm. Anything we received from a connected TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or YouTube account goes first, within 7 days.

Writing from a different address? Tell us which account is yours. We check that it's really you before we delete anything. You can also ask for a copy of your data the same way.

Connecting TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube accounts is rolling out. Once your workspace has it, you can remove any connected account in two ways:

• In the studio: open Settings, then Connections, and press Disconnect next to the account. We delete its access tokens and the account details we stored right away.
• By email: write to support@vynecraft.com with the subject “Delete my data” and say which account. We delete what we received from that platform within 7 days. Your VyneCraft account stays unless you ask us to delete it too.

Disconnecting deletes our copy. For TikTok, YouTube and Facebook Pages it also asks the platform to end VyneCraft's access (for Facebook, once none of your other Pages stay connected). Instagram gives apps no way to do that, so remove VyneCraft there yourself. To check, or to take VyneCraft off your account's list of connected apps:

• TikTok: in the TikTok app, go to Settings and privacy, find the apps that can use your account under Security, and remove VyneCraft. TikTok's help page on third-party apps has the current steps.
• Facebook and Instagram: in Facebook's or Instagram's settings, open the apps and websites connected to your account and remove VyneCraft.
• YouTube and Google: open Google's security settings and remove VyneCraft's access.

When you remove VyneCraft in Facebook's or Instagram's settings, or ask there for the data VyneCraft got from Meta to be deleted, Meta tells us, and we delete those connections right away: their access tokens and the account details we stored. If Meta gave you a confirmation code, it means the deletion is done. Posts you published stay on Facebook and Instagram under their own rules.

• Posts you published stay on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or YouTube. Deleting your VyneCraft data doesn't remove them; delete them on the platform.
• Our providers' server logs and backups can hold some records for a short time, until they expire on their own schedule.
