Tear down any TikTok or YouTube video, find what's going viral in your niche and turn proven posts into yours, right from a Claude Code chat. Type /teardown, paste a link, and Claude reads the video's real numbers and tells you why it worked.

Set it up in 3 steps

  1. Step 1: Get your API key

Get early access, then sign in. Open Settings → API keys and press Issue new key. Copy it right away: it's shown once.

Treat it like a password. Keep it out of files you share, and revoke it in Settings any time.

  2. Step 2: Connect Claude Code

Paste this line into your terminal, with your key in place of <your key>:

claude mcp add --transport http vynecraft https://app.vynecraft.com/api/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer <your key>"

Start Claude Code and type /mcp: vynecraft should say connected.

Or install the VyneCraft plugin, with the 10 skills below

Put your key in an environment variable named VYNECRAFT_API_KEY, open a new terminal, then:

    claude plugin marketplace add freeki117/vynecraft-claude-plugin
    claude plugin install vynecraft@vynecraft

Use the plugin or the line above, not both, so Claude doesn't see every tool twice.

  3. Step 3: Type /teardown and paste a link

In Claude Code, type /teardown and any TikTok or YouTube link (Shorts and long videos work):

    /teardown <paste a TikTok or YouTube link>

Claude gets the video's public numbers, the hook word for word and how it's built, then the deep analysis about a minute later: the hook type, why it worked and the structure. The teardown is saved in your VyneCraft workspace too, so it's there in the studio.

The 10 skills

Type one in Claude Code, or just ask: Claude picks the right one. If another tool already uses a name, type it as /vynecraft:teardown.

  • /teardown <link>

Tear down any TikTok or YouTube video: its numbers, the hook word for word, why it worked and how it's built.

  • /viral [niche]

The videos beating their creator's usual views in your niche, grouped into patterns.

  • /video <ref>

One video in full: numbers, hook, structure, format and its top comments.

  • /transcript <ref>

Every spoken word of a video you tore down.

  • /viral-hooks [niche]

The opening hooks that worked, word for word, as templates you can reuse.

  • /content-audit [days]

How your videos did, what won, what drained views, and 7 ideas for next.

  • /brand

Your brand profile: angles, buyer personas, and your voice's do's and don'ts.

  • /remix <ref>

Turn a proven slideshow or wall of text into a post for your brand.

  • /remixes

Your remixes, newest first, and which are ready to post.

  • /workspace

Your workspace, its brands, and what's left of today's limits.

Good to know

  • Every teardown and remix counts toward your workspace's daily limits, the same as in the studio. Each key also has its own: 60 calls a minute, 2,000 a day and 30 teardowns a day.
  • A key reads one workspace: yours. Nobody else's teardowns or brands come through it.
  • A teardown keeps a video's numbers and words. The video itself is never stored.
